In this early episode, Kim is given the chance to be in Playboy. It’s the chance of a lifetime — until she figures out she has to pose naked. After encountering with Hef himself, she decided to do that and to stay in nothing but pearls.
Her mom and manager (aka momager) Kris Jenner was there to support her. From behind the scenes, Kris said “You’re doing amazing, sweetie” while she was taking pictures on her digital camera. This phrase becomes so popular and it’s still nowadays.
That moment of encouragement has become her ‘calling card’. In 2019, Kris gave the line a shout-out in Ariana Grande’s music video “Thank u, Next”.
In August, she filed to trademark this legendary phrase.
