Jake Zyrus gained momentum not only as a singer but as a TV personality. Starred in shows in his native Philippines, and released a songs written by superstars such a Bruno Mars. In 2017, Zyrus announced to the world his plans for transitiong, which included changing his name. He said that since he have been a kid, he knew he was Jake.
